Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for orders over $50

Shipping Restrictions: We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and select remote regions. Please contact us if you have questions about delivery to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Koffee Express Shop, we’re committed to your complete satisfaction with our premium coffee products and equipment. Whether you’re brewing at home or running a commercial establishment, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

  • Coffee Beans (including 100% Colombian and 100% Colombian Decaf)
  • Tea Products (including Bencheley Tea, Brickhouse Flavored Iced Tea, China Mist teas)
  • Opened Food Items (including Cappuccino Topping, Chai mixes)

Note: Equipment such as Airpot Brewers, Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, Automatics, and Combar units may be returned if defective, following our standard process.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items without an RMA number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside, and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
