Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, the following cannot be returned once opened:

• Coffee beans (including 100% Colombian and 100% Colombian Decaf)
• Tea products
• Opened food items (Cappuccino Topping, Chai mixes)

Defective Equipment

Equipment such as Airpot Brewers, Bunn Commercial Coffee Brewers, and Combar units may be returned if defective. Contact us immediately with photos and order details.

Return Process

Follow our four-step return process outlined in our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
